Thank you for shopping with Melam Murals. We take great care in packing and dispatching every piece of art. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Order processing & delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order or commissioned murals may require additional time, which we will communicate to you directly. Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Careful handling of artwork

Because our murals and artworks are delicate, each piece is packed with protective materials suited to safe transit. Larger or framed works may ship via specialised courier services to ensure they arrive safely.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email or phone so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.
